The Navier-Stokes equations are used to analyze by numerical methods the peculiarities of different regimes of streaming transonic flows (laminar, turbulent, transition to turbulence) depending on the increasing values of the Mach number of an approach flow. A cylinder whose surface is described by a power function is used as test model.
