Sufficient conditions for equivalent convergence of a sequence of different approximants for two-dimensional continued fractions (English)
0 references
The authors propose to use the method of fundamental inequalities to study an equivalent convergence of two figured approximants for two-dimensional continued fractions. The approximants are obtained from the problem on correspondence of two-dimensional continued fractions to a double power series and from the problem on equivalence of two two-dimensional continued fractions. Some sufficient conditions are obtained under which these two approximants converge to the same limit.
