An intelligent decision support tool for early diagnosis of functional pituitary adenomas (English)

In the paper under review, a web based integrated Medical Decision Support System (MDSS) tool for early diagnosis of functional pituitary adenomas is portrayed. Hormone diseases are described in this tool by means of a set of attributes generated from typical symptoms of disorders. The tool is based on a stationary linear stochastic system model that evaluates the high/low likelihood of considered hormone diseases. The authors claim that MDSS tool yields more than 99\%.
