The article is devoted to the limit behavior of semigroup actions under different types of compactifications. The author presents properties of semigroup actions under one-point compactification. Some of them do not hold under Stone-Cech compatification. He discusses the special case of control systems and provides some examples. He also studies the \(\beta\)-compactification of the self-group action on a topological group.
