Mathematical problems of generalized thermo-electro-magneto-elasticity theory (English)

The monograph is devoted to the generalized thermo-electro-magneto-elasticity theory associated with Green-Lindsay's model. The authors discuss existence and uniqueness questions for the initial-boundary value problems and for stationary boundary value problems in Sobolev spaces. The method of generalized potentials and the Laplace transform are systematically used. The following questions are considered: The Dirichlet, Neumann, and mixed-type dynamical problems, crack-type dynamical problems, boundary value problems for pseudo-oscillation equations, Green's formulas for the dynamical and pseudo-oscillation models, weak formulation of the problems, auxiliary boundary value problems for adjoint operators, integral representations for solutions, fundamental matrix, mixed-type interfacial crack and transmission problems.
