This paper belongs to a series of papers, by different authors, all of them concerning the study of internal (small) categories, or crossed modules, in some varieties of groups (usual groups or more generally groups with operations), and some of them dealing with covering groupoids. In the present paper the authors prove that the category of covers of some topological groups with operations (endowed with a semi-locally simply connected group topology) is equivalent to that of covers (in the category of groupoid objects in groups with operations) of its fundamental groupoid.
