Factorability of polynomial matrices depending on the power of their elementary divisors (English)
0 references
The author demonstrates an expandability over regular multipliers (partially linear ones) some class of multiterm matrices with elementary divisors higher than second power. Attribution to this class is determined exclusively by the powers of elementary divisors of matrices. This class includes the majority of yet known classes of multiterm matrices.
