This paper is a study of the periodic nanodimensional structures on the surface of solids during phase and structural transformations in solids. The solid body is irradiated by powerful laser and the surface transformation takes place at the relaxation of temperature stresses. As parameters for the kinetic equation in the isotropic case, the residual deformations are chosen.
