Application of the notion of ``temperature'' for description of dust particles dynamics in a gas-discharge plasma (English)
0 references
The authors investigate forces which affect the motion of dust particles in a gas-discharge plasma. The system of equations is numerically solved. The authors separate the concept of average kinetic energy as applied to the vertical or the horizontal motion. the relaxation rates are discussed. The velocity distribution over the coordinates is calculated. The application of the term ``temperature'' to the description of the dynamics of a dust particles ensemble is validated.
