This paper is devoted to the study of dielectric permittivity for materials with complex shape, which are placed in a waveguide with ideally conducting walls. The problem is reduced to the solution of a three-dimensional integral singularly perturbed equation. Iterative method for solution of inverse boundary problem is proposed.
