The author recently came into the possession of a 97 page long Latin manuscript, dated 1700, written in one handwriting, titled \textit{Elementa Geometriae D. Varignon}, consisting of a \textit{Prefatio} and of six books, titled \textit{De Lineis \& Angulis}, \textit{De Triangulis Quadrilateris, Pentagonis, Hexagonis \& reliquis Polygonis}, \textit{De Circulo}, \textit{De Solidis}, \textit{De Proportionibus}, \textit{Praxis Geometricae, seu Problemata}. This text, an introduction to plane and solid geometry, is printed here for the first time, together with an introduction by the author, in which he compares and contrasts its content with that of the version of the lectures of geometry that Pierre Varignon (1654--1722) held at the \textit{Collège Mazarin}, that was published posthumously in the French translation of Jean-Baptiste Cochet in 1731, as well as the Latin manuscript 3654 of the \textit{Bibliothèque Mazarine}, the \textit{Tractatus de Geometria Elementari} of 1716--1717.
