Generation of zonal structures by internal gravity waves in the Earth's atmosphere (English)
0 references
The paper is devoted to parametric instability of internal gravity waves in the Earth's atmosphere. The damping of internal gravity waves is followed by the generation of zonal structures due to the Reynolds tensor of tensions, which are excited by a small-scale turbulence of these waves.
