Consider a graph such that for every of its arcs there is a weight, i.e., a transit time (the number of tacts) through the arc is given. Suppose that the transit time of every arc can change with time and is described by a function. For graphs with the above-mentioned properties the problem of finding maximum flow is formulated and investigated.
