On \(f\)-edge covered critical graphs (English)

The \(f\)-edge cover chromatic index \(\chi'_{f_c}(G)\) of a graph \(G\) was introduced in [\textit{H. M. Song} and \textit{G. Z. Liu}, Acta Math. Sin. 48, No. 5, 919--928 (2005; Zbl 1124.05311)], see the review of the authors in [Util. Math. 84, 65--73 (2011; Zbl 1228.05155)] for precise definitions. In the present paper \(f\)-edge covered critical graphs are studied, the main result (Theorem 1.5) gives a rather technical property of such graphs.
