Two versions of square cross section nanopores are studied. Gas molecules interact with each other and with the walls according to the Lennard-Jones potential. The inelastic interaction with the walls is described by a hybrid model which combines molecular dynamics techniques with Monte Carlo methods. The trajectories of molecules are calculated on the ground of the Verlet modified method. The Boltzmann theory is inapplicable to description of processes in nanopores: the cosine law is not valid for description the gas-walls energy exchange..
