The author classifies the so-called co-isotropic linear actions of a reductive group on a symplectic vector space, that is, actions for which a generic orbit is co-isotropic. In fact, the author describes all ``basic'' co-isotropic actions from which all other co-isotropic actions can be easily constructed. The result is presented in the form of several tables listing various classes of co-isotropic actions.
