The generalized elliptic law (English)

A general formulation of the elliptic law is presented under the \(G\)-generalized Lindeberg conditions for the independent pairs of the entries of random matrices. This generalized elliptic law, which does not require the existence of any moments of the entries of the random matrices, is proved using the similar procedure described in author's paper [Random Oper. Stoch. Equ. 20, No. 4, 347--399 (2012; Zbl 1298.60015)].
