The aim of this paper is to give a classification of codimension-one foliations with trivial canonical bundle on a Fano \(3\)-fold \(X\) having the Picard group isomorphic to \(\mathbb{Z}\). The authors also consider the cases when \(X\) has index \(1\) or \(2\). Lots of technical details concerning the stable or semi-stable codimension-one foliations are provided. As a consequence, they establish a classification of holomorphic Poisson structures on the same class of \(3\)-folds.
