True digital control. Statistical modelling and non-minimal state space design (English)
0 references
In the monograph linear, multivariable, discrete-time control systems are considered. First, a general discrete model is presented and stability analysis is discussed. Next, two minimal state space representations, based on controllability and observability concepts are proposed. Control algorithms are considered in the next chapters. Many different approaches to discrete control problems are presented, and various methods are compared from theoretical and practical point of view. Methods of statistical identification and estimation are also discussed. Monograph contains many comments, remarks and examples concerning control methods for linear discrete-time systems. Theoretical results are well illustrated by numerical examples. At the ends of each chapters extensive lists of references are given.NEWLINENEWLINE Finally, several appendices taken directly from mathematical theory of linear control systems are included. The monograph is intended for students, researchers and engineers working in theoretical and practical control problems.
