Some fixed point theorems for countably 1-set contractive operators (English)

Taking cue from the fixed point index theory for countably condensing operators, the authors introduce the concept of fixed point index for countably \(1\)-set contractive operators. Some fixed point theorems for this kind of operators are deduced, which lead to two eigenvalue results for countably \(k\)-set contractive operators.
