The authors study non-Desarguesian Moufang planes, which are coordinatized by an octonion field of characteristic two. They mainly study polarities and their absolute points. From the many results, here is one example: If the polarity comes from an anti-automorphism of the octonion field which is linear over the center but not the standard involution, then the set of absolute points forms a line.
