A barotropic quasi-gasdynamical system of equations by a special time regularization is reduced from barotropic Navier-Stokes equations for the viscid compressible gas. The approach is generalized then to the quasi-gasdynamical system with general gas state equations, a mass force and a heat source. Equations of the integral energy balance are introduced and numerical analysis of solutions asymptotic behaviour is given.
