The method of periodic structures asymptotic averaging is generalized and it is applied to the investigation of multilevel hierarchical structures. Effective elastic characteristics of composite materials with multiscale hierarchical structures can be found by the method. An example of a finite element solution of a series of local problems for the two level structure fabric composite material is given.
