The method of moments as applied to a system of high-performance column chromatography (English)
0 references
A general mathematical theory of the base chromatography parameters determination in a frame of the high-efficient column chromatography with variables conditions is developed. The theory allows to find the mean position and width of chromatographic peaks and it can be applied to modeling of a wide class of problems from a gradient liquid formulation to a gas formulation.
