On function ambiguities from the sets generated by the genetic code (English)
0 references
A singularity of the element sets given birth by the genetic code is considered. The sets are calculated for unusual kinds of the genetic information recording, i.e., by recovering genes when the same section of DNA codes two protein sequences. An elementary recovery concept, i.e., the recovery for a single amino acid is introduced. A mathematical non-singularity among the elementary recovery components is established. One of the singularity functions is investigated by use of a new model introduced by the author earlier.
