A numerical method for determining the localized initial conditions for some mathematical models of the heart excitations (English)

Two model problems of heart excitations, the direct and the inverse one, are formulated and analyzed by numerical methods. In the direct problem the processes of fields changing in two zones corresponding to the heart and the torse are modeled. The heart potential changes are described by Fitz-Hugh-Nagumo and Aliev-Panfilov models. In the inverse problem the local initial excitation coordinates in the heart are determined by use of the known potential values on the torse boundaries.
