Characterization of AE solution sets to a class of parametric linear systems (English)

This paper deals with linear systems involving affine-linear dependencies between interval parameters and the quantified parametric solution where all universally quantified parameters precede all existentially quantified ones. The authors obtain general AE parametric solution sets and give a set-theoretical description of such solutions. Moreover, necessary conditions are presented in order these solution sets to be nonempty. Explicit description of the AE solution sets are provided for a class of parametric linear systems. Numerical simulations illustrate the obtained theoretical results.
