On the generalized Sturmian spirals (English)

In the paper under consideration Sturm spirals are introduced. They are defined as the plane curves whose curvature radius is equal to the distance from the origin. The authors provide results for the embedding of these spiral into one parameter family of curves. Then, explicit parametrization of the ordinary Sturmian spirals is presented as well as a wider family of curves. The obtained theoretical results are presented graphically.
