\(q\)-conjugacy classes in loop groups (English)

The aim of the paper under review is to investigate twisted conjugacy classes in loop groups associated to classical groups. The method of that investigation is based on the correspondence between the twisted conjugacy classes and the isomorphism classes of \(D_q\)-modules, where \(q\) is a nonzero element of the ground field. Geometric interpretations in terms of principal bundles over elliptic curves are discussed as well.
