The paper under review continues the systematic study of refined types of non-holonomic jets by the author. The basic method is the algebraic description of jets in terms of the Weil algebra, worked out in great detail by the author in his earlier works. After reminding the complete answer to the classification problem of general 2-jets and semi-holonomic 3-jets, the classification of all 3-jets is completed here. The final results are explained in the final section of the paper, following the detailed study of the Weil algebra expressing the algebraic features of non-holonomic jets in Section 4.
