The authors study the formal power series, into two variables over the complex domain, solutions of the following three equations: (1) Tarski's associativity law: \(F(F(X,Y),Z)=F(X,F(Z,Y))\) (2) Cyclic associativity law: \(F(X,F(Y,Z)=F(F(Z,X),Y)\) (3) Ordinary associativity: \(F(X,F(Y,Z))=F(F(X,Y),Z)\).
