From the conclusion: ``The main result of the paper contains necessary and sufficient conditions of optimality for hyperbolic systems involving a second order operator with infinite number of variables that give a characterization of optimal control. Also, in this paper, we considere the distributed optimal control problem for \((n\times n)\) hyperbolic systems involving a second order operator with infinite number of variables with constant time delays appearing in both the state equations and in the Neumann boundary condition.''
