The authors extend their results from [Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 361, No. 12, 6191--6203 (2009; Zbl 1178.26013)]. In the present paper they prove new weighted Hardy-Poincaré and Rellich type inequalities and also an improved version of their uncertainty principle inequalities on a Riemannian manifold \(M\). In particular, they obtain sharp constants for these inequalities on the hyperbolic space \(\mathbb H^n\).
