The transfer process of a fish population is described by a finite-dimensional Markov matrix. The matrix changes are formalized in form of adaptation to the food resources state and the control. The base characteristic of the space adaptation, i.e., the residency time population distribution in one or another subspace of the basin is determined. Main relationships of the interacting populations co-adaptation are found by numerical methods.
