The program complex for modeling of multiphase filtration processes allowing involve the whole potential of multicore supercomputers with graphical accelerometers of calculations is described.Test filtration problems are used to demonstrate that the logic symplicity of numerical algorithms proposed and its liable program realization provide a high acceleration of calculation.
