The spatial Helmholtz equation \((\Delta +k^2 (1+V(\mathbf r))) \psi(\mathbf r) = \rho(\mathbf r)\) is considered with a given source distribution \(\rho(\mathbf r)\). Green's function has the form \(G(\mathbf r - \mathbf r')= - \exp(ik |\mathbf r - \mathbf r'|)/(4 \pi |\mathbf r - \mathbf r'|)\) in the case \(V=0\). The authors determine the disordered averaged Green function for \(V\neq 0\) and discuss flux conservation.
