The paper deals with the Riemannian geometry of fluctuation theory which can be thought of as a counterpart approach of the Riemannian geometry of inference theory in the framework of continuous distributions. Roughly speaking, the main purpose of the present study is to clarify the statistical relevance of the curvature of this Riemannin geometry and to discuss some new implications on the Riemannian extension of Einstein's fluctuation theory. The Riemannian extension of Einstein's fluctuation theory is discussed at length.
