The author studies the error estimate for solutions of linear systems of ordinary differential equations of constant coefficients and their discrete appoximations using constant steps. Upper bounds have been given by the author in an earlier paper, and lower bounds are obtained in this paper.NEWLINENEWLINEFor the entire collection see [Zbl 1141.76003].
