A description of the scientific and pedagogical activities of the outstanding mathematician and physicist Mykola Boboliubov at Kyiv University during the period of 1939 and 1941--1951 is presented. On the basis of studying the archive documents the authors present new facts on his scientific and pedagogical activity and, in particular, they completed the list of his post graduate students at Kyiv University in the indicated time period.
