In this paper, the author proposes a synthetic and self-contained treatment of the main deformation results of critical point theory, for continuous functionals defined on metric space. This synthetic treatment gathers the successive versions and slightly improves the technicals details. This paper is technical, with no true novelty, and as such, contains few references or comments.
