This paper provides a detailed study of the one-dimensional probability distribution defined by the Langevin equation, and to this end, it uses a formalism which directly can be generalized to the quantum field theory involving path integral and Ward-Takakashi identities between moments. It is shown that the probability density enjoys `worldpoint supersymmetry' and the key of the study is supported by the moment equations.
