Incomplete categorical data design. Non-randomized response techniques for sensitive questions in surveys (English)
0 references
This book deals with methods that address the difficulties, which the existence of sensitive questions may create in the analysis of survey results. More specifically, the book concerns non-randomised response approaches that enable the proper analysis of such gathered data, while protecting the privacy of the respondents. Within its eleven chapters, the book presents several models and illustrates the applications of the non-randomised response approach to draw valid statistical inferences from survey data with sensitive characteristics. The book is intended for a wide audience including academic researchers, teachers and advanced students, sample survey practitioners and applied statisticians, as well as government agents having knowledge of basic probability and statistics, and Bayesian and statistical methods for missing data problems.
