The monograph is devoted to the robust controllability of time-varying linear systems. It consists of four Chapters, Answers and Hints to Exercises and References. In Chapter 1, the robust controllability for non-uniformly bounded control and disturbances has been introduced. The non-uniformly bounded control case has been considered in Chapter 2. The robust controllability set of a linear transferring strategy has been analyzed. The robust controllability set of a saturated linear transferring strategy has been presented in Chapter 3. The inverse problems of constructing robust controllability sets have been addressed in Chapter 4. Theoretical considerations have been illustrated by examples. Proofs of lemmas and theorems have been given in appendices.NEWLINEThe monograph contains many interesting new results. The weak point of the monograph is that only linear time-varying systems with scalar inputs have been analyzed. An extension of these considerations for multi-inputs (vector inputs) systems is desired. The list of references contains only 38 papers and books mostly published by the Russian authors. There is lack of papers and books published in recent years.NEWLINENEWLINEBefore publication the manuscript needs some corrections -- in many words for example the letter ``I'' is omitted: satis ed, f nal, suff cient, f xed, fulf lment, inf mum, def ning, def nition, diff cult, coeff cient, verif ed, f rst, simpli f ed, f gure\dots.
