In 2006, Davvaz and Vougiouklis introduced the concept of \(n\)-ary hypergroups. This concept is a generalization of groups, hypergroups and \(n\)-ary groups. In this paper, the authors continue the study of \(n\)-ary hypergroups. They associate an \(n\)-ary hypergroupoid \((H,f)\) with an \((n+1)\)-ary relation \(\rho_{n+1}\) defined on a non-empty set \(H\). Then, they obtain some results in this respect.
