In the paper continuous-time, finite-dimensional, nonlinear control systems with constant coefficients are considered. Mathematical model of nonliner dynamical system contains nonlinear ordinary differential state equation and nonlinear algebraic output equation. First, realization problem of response maps is formulated and discussed. Next, time scales for dynamical systems are defined and their role in control theory is expalined. The main result of the paper is the necessary and sufficient condition for existence of realization. In the proof theory of nonlinear ordinary differential equations and algebraic methods are used. The paper extends for time scale dynamical systems realization methods known for standard continuous-time nonlinear control problems.
