Note of a theorem in singularity theory (English)

The explicit goal of this paper is to provide a correct proof replacing the (allegedly) wrong one of Proposition 8.2 in reference [7] in the paper, namely, the book by \textit{M. Golubitsky} and \textit{D. G. Schaeffer} [Singularities and groups in bifurcation theory. Volume I. New York etc.: Springer-Verlag (1985; Zbl 0607.35004)]. Apparently, the elements in the proof are taken from references [7] and [9] in the paper, the latter being a book by \textit{Y. Tang} [Foundations of Bifurcation Theory with Symmetry (in Chinese), Beijing: Science Press (2000)]. The presentation of this issue is, in the reviewer's opinion, a little confused.
