This is a conference report surveying results on Diophantine equations involving triangular (\(t_n\)), tetrahedral (\(T_n\)), pyramidal (\(P_n\)) and Fibonacci (\(F_n\)) numbers. The authors state known descriptions of complete solutions of the Diophantine equations (1) \(P_x = y^2\), (2) \(t_x = P_y\), (3) \(T_x = t_y\), (4) \(F_x = t_y\), and (5) \(F_x = y^2\). Each of these has only finitely many solutions (at most five) given explicitly. No proofs are given.
