Some approximated solutions for an operator equation \(Lu=f\), where \(L:H\to H\) is a bounded bijection and a self-adjoint operator on a separable Hilbert space \(H\), are given. Canonical dual frames are used in order to precondition the linear equation so that convergence of iterative methods is improved. The solution of the equation is approximated by a Richardson iterative method.
