Branching scenarios in eco-evolutionary prey-predator models (English)
0 references
The authors analyze the evolution of biodiversity in a prey-predator coevolutionary model based on the Rosenzweig-MacArthur ecological model.NEWLINENEWLINEThey consider evolutionary branching -- the coexistence and further differentiation of resident-mutant phenotypes. An adaptive dynamics modeling approach for investigating evolutionary branching and extinction in coevolutionary models was applied.
