In this paper, the authors have developed a mathematical foundation and analyzed a family of exact periodic solutions of the non-linear partial differential equations by modifying the bi-linear transformation method. A number of theorems and arguments are developed and discussed for the existence and uniqueness of the solution. It is as well shown that the residual equation does not have a bi-linear structure and in that case the original non-linear equation is non-integrable. Examples are discussed for validation. It is a interesting research work for the users in the area of convective fluid analysis.
